Comprehensive Student Visa Application Services Agreement & Abroadsathi Platform Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between:
Cloud Education Holdings Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Nepal, which fully controls Cloud Education Group Private Limited;
Cloud Education Group Private Limited, trading as Cloud Education & Visa Services (“Company” or “Service Provider”), having its registered office at Dillibazar, Kathmandu, Nepal; and
Student / Customer, who has agreed to enroll in the services offered by the Company (“Student” or “Customer”).
By using the services, including the Abroadsathi App (fully controlled by Cloud Education Holdings Private Limited), the Student/Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Collectively, the “Parties.”
1. SERVICES1.1 Enrolment Services
Cloud Education Group shall provide:
a. Assistance in selecting educational programs and institutions aligned with the student’s academic profile and career goals.
b. Guidance in completing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and other documentation as required by institutions.
1.2 Visa Application Services
Cloud Education Group shall provide:
a. Review and preparation of all required visa application documents, including acceptance letters, financial statements, and other supporting documentation.
b. Submission of visa applications on behalf of the student and liaison with authorities or institutions regarding application status.
c. Updates to the Student on the progress of their visa application.
2. FEES2.1 Payment
The student shall pay all consultancy/processing fees related to educational guidance and visa services, and tuition fees payable directly to the educational institution, as per the attached fee schedule, which forms part of this Agreement.
2.2 non-Refundability
All consultancy/processing fees paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa or admission process. Tuition fees paid directly to the institution are subject to the institution’s policies.
2.3 Additional Expenses
The student shall be responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to visa fees, courier charges, biometrics, tuition fees to the institution, notary and translation fees, government charges, taxes, printing and stationery charges, and medical examinations.
3. NON-LIABILITY FOR VISA OUTCOME3.1 No Guarantee
Cloud Education Group does not guarantee approval of any visa application. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities.
3.2 Appeals
If a visa is refused, Cloud Education Group may, at its discretion and upon request, assist with appeals or reapplications. Additional service fees may apply.
4. DOCUMENTATION4.1 Student Responsibility
The student is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents. Cloud Education Group bears no liability for false or incomplete submissions.
4.2 Document Retention
Cloud Education Group will not retain copies of any submitted documents and will return all original documents within seven (7) days of completing the application process.
4.3 Use of Information
The student consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information solely for visa and application purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.4 Student Declaration on Documents
The student confirms that all documents submitted to Cloud Education Group are prepared by the student, are true, genuine, and accurate, and are submitted with full knowledge and understanding. The student acknowledges that any false documentation may result in visa refusal or legal consequences, for which Cloud Education Group shall bear no liability.
5. ADMISSION & SEAT CONFIRMATION5.1 No Guarantee of Admission
Cloud Education Group does not guarantee admission or seat confirmation at any institution. Admission decisions are made solely by the institution.
5.2 Non-Liability After Fee Payment
If the Student is unable to secure a seat after paying tuition or deposits, Cloud Education Group shall not be liable for any losses.
5.3 Student Acknowledgement
The student acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with admission and seat confirmation and agrees that Cloud Education Group bears no liability for any financial or other consequences.
6. NON-LIABILITY FOR INSTITUTION DEFAULT
Cloud Education Group acts as an intermediary. If an institution:
• Defaults, ceases operations, or enters liquidation.
• Fails to deliver the course or services.
• Is unable to issue refunds due to financial or external circumstances; or
• Fails to meet financial or regulatory obligations,
then Cloud Education Group shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
This applies particularly to institutions approved by the Government of Nepal and for which a No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been issued. The student acknowledges full understanding of these risks.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION7.1 Commencement
This Agreement is effective from the date of signing and continues until completion of the visa or admission process.
7.2 Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other Party breaches any material term of this Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
10. NON-LIABILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT, ACCOMMODATION, AND COURSE COMPLETION10.1 No Guarantee of Jobs or Accommodation
The student acknowledges that Cloud Education Group acts solely as a facilitator for educational and visa services. Cloud Education Group does not guarantee any employment, job placement, internship, or accommodation.
10.2 Non-Liability for Early Return or Non-Completion
Cloud Education Group shall not be held liable if the student returns to Nepal or leaves the course before completing the program. The student accepts full responsibility for all consequences arising from early departure or non-completion.
10.3 Student Acknowledgement
The student confirms awareness of these conditions and agrees that Cloud Education Group bears no responsibility for job placement, accommodation, or incomplete course scenarios.
11. NON-LIABILITY FOR DEPORTATION OR IMMIGRATION ISSUES11.1 No Responsibility for Deportation
The student acknowledges that Cloud Education Group does not guarantee entry, stay, or immigration status in the destination country.
11.2 Non-Liability for Immigration Failure
Cloud Education Group shall not be liable if the student is denied entry, fails to meet immigration requirements, or is deported back to Nepal.
11.3 No Responsibility for Losses
The student agrees that Cloud Education Group bears no responsibility for any financial, personal, or other losses arising from visa rejection, deportation, or failure to comply with immigration rules.
11.4 Student Acknowledgement
The student confirms full awareness of these risks and agrees that all consequences are solely their responsibility.
12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES12.1 Obedience to Local Laws
The student agrees to abide by all laws, rules, and regulations of any country they travel to for study purposes. Any violations are the sole responsibility of the student.
12.2 Respect for Institution Policies
The student agrees to comply with all policies, rules, and regulations of the educational institution or provider. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination by the institution, for which Cloud Education Group shall not bear any liability.
12.3 Student Acknowledgement
The student confirms understanding and acceptance of these responsibilities.
13. NON-LIABILITY FOR VISA AND LOGISTICS FEES
13.1 No Guarantee of Visa Approval
The Student acknowledges and agrees that Cloud Education Group does not guarantee approval of any visa in any form.
13.2 Non-Liability for Fees and Charges
Cloud Education Group shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred by the student in connection with:
• Visa application fees
• VFS or embassy fees
• Biometric charges
• Printing, stationery, or document preparation charges
• Any other logistical or administrative costs related to the application process
13.3 Student Acknowledgement
The Student confirms full understanding of these conditions and agrees that all such costs and risks are the responsibility of the student.
14. MANDATORY LEGAL DECLARATION & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
14.1 Zero Tolerance Policy
The Student acknowledges that Cloud Education Group maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any behaviour that crosses professional boundaries, or involves misconduct impacting the health, safety, mental well-being, or dignity of any team member.
14.2 Mandatory Legal Declaration
The Student confirms that Cloud Education Group will not proceed with visa filing unless the required Legal Declaration and Agreement is duly signed. This applies strictly after COE issuance and prior to visa submission.
14.3 Branch Compliance
It is the responsibility of the student (and branches acting on behalf) to ensure the signed Legal
The declaration is properly submitted and recorded. Failure to comply will result in withholding of processing or escalation as per Cloud Education Group’s compliance policy.
14.4 Acknowledgement
The Student agrees to fully comply with this mandatory directive, understanding that non-compliance is a serious matter and may affect the processing of their applications.
Student Declaration:
By proceeding with our services, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with all terms of this Agreement, including fees, non-liability provisions, legal compliance, and the zero-tolerance policy.
